Delfina Boutique Hotel - Merida

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was slightly away from the town center , made it much quieter and less busy. The cleanliness was great and I loved the elegant hotel facilities. Parking was easy and stress-free. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great menu to choose from, and the staff were all wonderful, helpful and friendly.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided me with all the luxurious amenities I needed for an amazing stay. the staff was top-notch and fulfilled my every need in a helpful and considerate way. the location was perfect, offering ease of parking and less traffic, yet still close enough to explore the city. the breakfast menu was fantastic and had a variety of delicious options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the special dinner prepared just for me by the chef.

The only minor issue I had was locating the hotel upon arrival. A larger sign would have been helpful to find it easier.

We visited for a romantic escape and were blown away by the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the breakfast menu. The location was great, with easy parking and a quieter atmosphere than in the busier parts of the city. The room was spacious and bright, with a lovely bathroom. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

The air conditioning unit in our room was quite loud and made it difficult to fall asleep at night. there weren't many restaurants or attractions within walking distance, but we did find one fantastic restaurant nearby.

We especially enjoyed the easy parking and the traffic was not a problem.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud and made it difficult to sleep even with earplugs. the hotel was not within walking distance of any interesting places to go out at night.

Located in a serene environment, the hotel is easily accessible to major tourist attractions. While being slightly away from the city center, guests are awarded the privilege of enjoying spacier and quieter views. the hotel rooms are spacious and well decorated with a touch of elegance. the memorable bathroom experience is worth a mention. Breakfast is served fresh and tasty with options to choose from a menu. the staff is attentive and obliging.

The dinner menu could benefit from more variety.
